Hey, thank you for the fabulous response to my “Conscious Leadership” definition – Hey…that’s great…, right? But, what do you do with it? Continuing with the “Living the Dream” tour, now in Barcelona, we were able to hold ourselves accountable to how this Leadership practice plays out in a practical, global, M/A-changing world. Here’s what you do…you outline and document all these profound words and sentiments of flowery discourse and hold them against where you are as an organization (business systems, process integrity and cultural intelligence), where you’re going and…how you’re going to get there. Questions to ask? Who are we? What’s our Vision, Mission, Values & goals? Yes, alignment – but, don’t forget to address the “nuance” behind the gaps that keep great people from breaking down communication silo’s, sharing critical data – and, balance the pragmatism of business and results, with the Spirit of people development, organizational harmony and the passion that move’s mountains, or – the “Why?” behind your purpose.
