In 2010 we selected Rick’s organization to provide career development training to our managers and employees who were transitioning from the Space Shuttle Main Engine Program. The training they delivered was on target to what our employees needed….Still to this day, managers and employees give positive feedback about the training and thank the company for having given them the opportunity to attend the training. Rick and their team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and fun.
