With over twenty years of diversified experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer and C-Suite partner, Tisha’s leadership is recognized for transforming small to large domestic and global Human Resources organizations into strategic units that serve four key areas – business growth, operational efficiencies, risk management and talent development.
Her international expertise include countries such as, Belgium, China, Dominican Republic, England, India, Italy, Mexico, Norway, Slovakia, Switzerland, these underscore her unique scope and breadth as a hands-on executive leader whose signature trademark is creating organizational alignment and ROI, by driving a dynamic framework of people, performance and productivity.
Most recently, Tisha served as the CHRO for Haas Automation, an international CNC machine industry leader, and prior to this five year engagement, she served as Vice President Global HR Operations for Power-One in Camarillo, California and Bancomer, S.A. respectively, where she began her 20 year career in international banking.
