Formerly, Rick served as the Managing Director, U.S. West Division, for DBM, a global human capital consulting firm. Prior to joining DBM, in 1999, he was the founder and President of Syntesis International, a Leadership and Performance Consulting Group, offering services around leadership development, cultural integration, and experiential teambuilding. His focal point was to build effective team learning systems by enhancing synergistic leadership skills, vision strategies, and personal transformation. Notably, in 1999, Rick was recruited to launch and facilitate a premier management development series for Disney’s Global Leadership and Organization Development Departments, coaching “High-Potentials,” and mid to senior level executives identified for advancement within The Walt Disney Companies.
