BTW – We’re talking about achieving sustainable, “Buy-In,” right? Therefore, commit to excellence and follow through… experience your integrity and passion. When you think about it, there is an energy, a rhythm…a mindset – consider this a “transmitter,” such that audiences receive and capture the targeted business excellence, market dominance and are connected to improving top-line/bottom-line efforts. HOW ?

By creating positive momentum. By collectively inspiring people to believe in themselves. By painting a mental picture people can relate to (i.e., your business story), as defined by their own wants, gets and aspirations for success and personal fulfillment (think: Maslow’s, Hierarchy of Needs), or a positive, “WIIFM.” (What’s In It For Me?).

YOUR ROADMAP: As we conclude…let’s attempt to breakdown a psychic process into a systematic framework. Here’s the recipe:

FIRST THINGS FIRST – Breathe; Start with Positive Intent; and place all biases aside (don’t intellectualize the process, or you’ll miss the point). Define your goals, metrics and success (Begin with the end in mind). Organizationally, in business and in sustainability terms, what is it you REALLY want? Why do you want it? Remember, “Who will it serve?” How will you communicate it?
