                                                           “Paying Attention”

Executive Coaching; (London) – Part III

From a Leadership perspective…Have you ever wondered?

You understand your models, know all the “words” specific to your business…have read all the wonderful quotes on LinkedIn, and how much you believe you’re different than everyone else – not better, different. That said, are you content with your results, how you manage change and constraints? Is your team on the same page? Might you be approaching things from the wrong end? You’ve heard, “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always gotten.

Simple, right? So, how do you get people to respond to change in positive and productive ways?

People seldom think about what they think about. They think about what they do. They think about how they feel. But not what is causing what they do and how they feel. And, those causes, those beliefs, are what we’ve got to think about if we’re going to change how we respond.
