Simple, right? So, how do you get people to respond to change in positive and productive ways?
People seldom think about what they think about. They think about what they do. They think about how they feel. But not what is causing what they do and how they feel. And, those causes, those beliefs, are what we’ve got to think about if we’re going to change how we respond.
